We currently have two job opportunities within the GlobalMass team.
The first is for a postdoctoral researcher in geodesy. The post requires a background in solid earth geophysics or geodesy with, ideally, experience in the analysis and interpretation of GPS or satellite gravity data such as GRACE or similar geodetic measurement approaches. The post is funded for 12 months initially with a salary of £32,548 – £36,613. The closing date for applications is 25th September 2017. The second is for a postdoctoral researcher in oceanography. The post requires a background in physical oceanography with, ideally, experience in the analysis and interpretation of sea level data such as tide gauge records or satellite altimetry or a background in thermosteric and/or ocean heat budget studies. The post is open-ended with funding for up to 36 months with a salary of £32,548 – £36,613. The closing date for applications is 5th October 2017.
